This seminar was developed to provide team leaders with essential tools that will help them to prepare their dancers for the season. The workshop will cover topics such as building effective warm-up and cool-down, how to select an exercise routine that dancers could include to improve the physical demand of the new choreography and how to recognize signs that indicate potential injuries among your dancers and when to recommend them to see a healthcare professional.

My main passion is to bring high quality education and treatment to Latin dancers.
I believe that knowledge on proper technique and healthy habits can help reduce injury risk and allow dancers to dance longer throughout life and perform better and more safely.
