I've been a dancer all my life and have also sustained several injuries, which hold me back from fully enjoying dancing. It was then that I discovered the power of physical therapy and the benefits it can have on a dancer’s life. As a physical therapist and dancer, I understand exactly what my patients are going through which allows me to help them progress toward their goals so they can keep dancing without pain or injuries.
